The CAT24C32YI-GT3 with ON Semiconductor EEPROM is a 32K-bit I2C Serial EEPROM device. It is designed to operate with a supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5V and offers up to 5.0 MHz clock frequency. It is compatible with the standard I2C bus protocol and supports two-wire Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA) interfaces. The device features 32K-bits of organized memory into 256 words of 128 bits each. It offers write protection of the entire memory array and up to 32 bytes of page write. The device offers I2C-compatible open-drain write acknowledge, ready/busy output, output enable, and hardware write protect.
