The CAT809MTBI-GT3 is an integrated supervisory circuit designed to provide both push-pull and active-low type output to power up the system. This device offers an adjustable delay time with factory programmable options from 10 to 130 seconds. It features an independent input for monitoring main supply voltage (VCC), a push-pull open-drain open-collector RESET output, and a manual reset function that can be used to reset the device. The device supports up to two system voltage ranges, 2.2V to 28V, with low supply current measuring only 45uA. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a high-speed 2ms response time, a low operating voltage of 0.8V, and a standby current of 0.1uA. This device was manufactured by ON Semiconductor.
