Additional Infomation About Product

The FAN6300AMY with AC/DC Converters Hi-Int.Quasi-Resonant Current Mode PWM manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a high-efficiency, cost-effective power conversion solution for offline power systems. It incorporates a quasi-resonant current mode PWM controller with EMI filters, providing excellent EMI performance, fast dynamics, and light-load, no-load and superior critical conduction mode (CCM) capabilities. It has an integrated start-up circuit and offers high PF over a wide input range of 90VAC to 264VAC. The AC line monitoring feature allows users to monitor the AC line voltage quickly and safely, and the over-voltage protection provides short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection. It also features an integrated low-current biasing circuit to reduce startup current. The FAN6300AMY provides high-efficiency power conversion and meets IEC62368-1 standards.
