Additional Infomation About Product

FDS4470 is a temperature circuit and a logic output voltage comparator which is the combination of a precision ratio-metric voltage reference and CMOS Comparator. It is designed to operate with Hall Effect sensors which are used to detect position, speed, and current in an electric motor. The circuit is intended to provide better performance in the presence of 3.3V and 5.0V power supply noise. It replaces discrete parts and is thermally enhanced for better heat dissipation and improved temperature performance. With an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and a temperature accuracy of ±2°C, the FDS4470 is designed for use in motor control and automotive applications.
