It is designed to deliver high performance in applications that require efficient and fast switching, such as DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, power switching and motor control. It has an industry-leading Rds (on) of 11.9 mohm at 4.5V and low gate charge for efficient switching. The FDS6812A also features an integrated fast body diode for improved efficiency.
