The FDS6812A is a 8A, 30V, Logic Level N-Channel MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to deliver high performance in applications that require efficient and fast switching, such as DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, power switching and motor control. It has an industry-leading Rds (on) of 11.9 mohm at 4.5V and low gate charge for efficient switching. The FDS6812A also features an integrated fast body diode for improved efficiency. Additionally, it is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
