Additional Infomation About Product

The HCPL0701 is an optically coupled digital isolator that uses optocoupler technology to electrically isolate two circuits while transferring digital signals between them. The HCPL0701 is ideal for data and signal isolation in industrial automation, industrial control and major appliances, motor drive and current loop applications. It isolates logic input signals up to 5MHz with a minimal propagation delay of 5ns. The HCPL0701 also has a wide Supply voltage range, up to +37.5V. It is capable of withstanding an intense surge of 4.7kV common-mode voltage. It is available in various packages, such as DIP-8, SMT-8, SO-8 and DIP-14.
