The ON Semiconductor HCPL2731 is a 2-channel, Through-Hole Optocoupler with a Darlington output. It features an isolation voltage rating of 5000Vrms for 1 minute, a high AC and DC input-output isolation, high speed switching of up to 5V/ns, and an input-output CTR of 500% @ 1.6 mA. This economical optocoupler also has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, and is ideal for use in industrial motor control, HVAC, and consumer electronics.
