Additional Infomation About Product

The KA34063A Buck, Boost Switching Regulator IC, manufactured by ON Semiconductor, is a positive or negative adjustable 1 output 1.5A (switch) 8-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) integrated circuit. It features an internal operation of frequency up to 500kHz, an Output Voltage Range of 0.8V to 36V, and a safe operating area protection for both load switch and opto-coupler. Its adjustable switching frequency allows for optimizing component size, prediction technique and degraded mode operation. Its oscillator has a tracking ability and can automatically adjust its frequency in response to load and line changes. It also has thermal protection for both the voltage regulator and opto-Coupler. This IC is ideal for use in applications where accuracy and versatility is required.
