Additional Infomation About Product

The KA5H0380RTU is an N-channel MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It is a voltage controlled field effect transistor designed for low power switching and amplifying applications. It has a Drain-Source breakdown voltage of 30 V with an on-state resistance of 2.6 ohms. The part is rated for drain current of 240 mA and provides an ESD protection. The KA5H0380RTU measures in a SOT23-5 package.
