Additional Infomation About Product

The LM317MBTG is an adjustable, three-terminal, positive-voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It has a 1A output current and an output voltage adjustment from 1.25V to 37V. The device utilizes the LM317 series internal current limiter, thermal-overload protection and safe-area compensation to protect the device from overload conditions. It also features a band gap reference for temperature stability, and a CMOS logic-compatible enable input for shutdown. The device is available in a thermally-enhanced 8-pin SOIC, 8-lead PDIP, and 6-lead SOT package.
