The M74VHC1GT00DFT1G is a single-gate CMOS non-inverting buffer manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for high-speed operation and low power consumption. It features a 2.0V to 3.6V supply voltage and a three-state output. It features a 0.5 µm process technology, and is rated for a propagation delay of 4.5 ns typical. It is designed with noise immunity protections, including low input noise threshold, static I/O protection, and ESD protection. This device is suitable for a variety of military and commercial applications, including data transfer and port selection.
