MAC15A10G is a high-performance, 8-bit microcontroller from ON Semiconductor. It is built on their advanced 32-bit RISC M32C microcontroller core and features a 2K byte Flash memory, 64 bytes of internal RAM, and a 16-bit Timer/Counter. It has peripheral features such as I2C, EEPROM interface, Analog-to-Digital Converter, three 16-bit general purpose timer, 8-channel DMA, five channels of 8-bit PWM, and a 16-bit timer/counter with pre-scaler. The MAC15A10G is ROMless, with 16-bit external bus expansion port and pinheader/board-breaking options to customize the microcontroller's capabilities. It consumes just 2mA in active mode and operates between 2.7V and 5.5V.
