MAX803 Series, NCP803 Series Very Low Supply Current 3-Pin Microprocessor Reset Monitor www.onsemi.com The MAX803/NCP803 is a costeffective system supervisor circuit designed to monitor V in digital systems and provide a reset signal to CC MARKING the host processor when necessary. No external components are DIAGRAM required. 3 The reset output is driven active within 10 sec of V falling CC 3 SOT23 through the reset voltage threshold. Reset is maintained active for a xxx M (TO236) timeout period which is trimmed by the factory after V rises above CC CASE 318 1 12 the reset threshold. The MAX803/NCP803 has an open drain 2 activelow RESET output. Both devices are available in SOT23 and SC70 packages. SC70 The MAX803/NCP803 is optimized to reject fast transient glitches xx M (SOT323) on the V line.
