The MC100LVEL11DG from ON Semiconductor is a clock buffer with an ECL 1:2 differential fanout buffer used to provide timing signals to multiple asynchronous circuits. It is used to distribute uniform high-speed differential input clock signals to two equivalent, low-speed single-ended outputs while maintaining clock integrity. This part operates from a single 3.3V power supply and features a differential input with a common mode voltage range of +0.35V to +1.7V. It has a maximum data rate of 716 MHz and a maximum input frequency of 715 MHz. It is housed in a small, green, 10-pin TSSOP package.
