MC14511B BCD-To-Seven Segment Latch/Decoder/Driver The MC14511B BCDtoseven segment latch/decoder/driver is constructed with complementary MOS (CMOS) enhancement mode devices and NPN bipolar output drivers in a single monolithic structure.
