The MC74HC273ADWG is an 8-Bit Register File from ON Semiconductor. It is a high-performance CMOS device designed with a 2-Input AND Gate and eight data flip-flops with separate data (D) and clock (CP) inputs and complementary data output (Q) and clock output (Q-bar) signals. This device has a high speed rising and falling edge triggered flip-flop with a maximum propagation delay of 7.5 ns, allowing for high performance data manipulation applications. The device also features buffered outputs that provide superior drive capability and low-into fan-out of 15 LSTTL loads. The MC74HC273ADWG is designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is ideal for use in automotive, military, and other temperature critical applications.
