The MM74HC08M is a quad 2-input AND Gate from ON Semiconductor that operates on 5V from a standard TTL logic family. The device contains four independent gates each of which performs the logic AND function. Each input can be driven from a logic level or from a three-state control line. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diodes. This device is classified as a 'High-Speed' type gate compared to other gates in the 74HCxx range, with a typical Propagation Delay of 7ns at a supply voltage VCC of 4.5V-5.5V.
