The MMQA12VT1G with ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes 12V 150 WTVS Quad Array manufactured by ON Semiconductor is an integrated multi-stage component designed to protect electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. It comes in a low-profile SOT-23 package and is capable of delivering 150W of peak power.
