The NC7SZ10P6X is a UHS 3-input NAND gate manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a high-speed silicon-gate CMOS logic gate that has three inputs (A, B, C) and one output (Y). The device operates from a wide 0.9V to 3.6V power supply range and is characterized for operation over a wide range of temperatures from a -40°C to 125°C junction temperature.
