TinyLogic UHS 2-Input Non-Inverting Multiplexer NC7SZ157 Description The NC7SZ157 is a single, high performance, 2to1 CMOS noninverting multiplexer from ON Semiconductors UltraHigh www.onsemi.com Speed series of TinyLogic. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive MARKING while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad V CC DIAGRAMS operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V operating range. The inputs and outputs are high CC SIP6 1.45x1.0 B9KK impedance when V is 0 V.
