TinyLogic UHS D-Type Flip-Flop with 3-STATE Output NC7SZ374 Description www.onsemi.com The NC7SZ374 is a single positive edgetriggered Dtype CMOS FlipFlop with 3STATE output from ON Semiconductors Ultra High Speed Series of TinyLogic in the space saving SC88 6lead MARKING package. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to DIAGRAMS achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad V operating range. The CC C9KK SIP6 1.45x1.0 device is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V range. The CC CASE 127EB XYZ inputs and output are high impedance when V is 0 V. Inputs tolerate CC voltages up to 5.5 V independent of V operating voltage. This CC Pin 1 single flipflop will store the state of the D input that meets the setup and hold time requirements on the LOWtoHIGH Clock (CP) 6 transition. The output tolerates voltages above V in the 3STATE CC condition.
