The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh speed with www.onsemi.com high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad V operating range. The device is specified to operate over a CC MARKING very broad V operating range. The device is specified to operate CC DIAGRAMS over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V range. The inputs tolerate voltages up to CC 5.5 V independent of V operating voltage.
