TinyLogic UHS Dual Buffer (Open-Drain Outputs) NC7WZ07 Description The NC7WZ07 is a dual buffer with opendrain outputs from ON Semiconductors UltraHigh Speed (UHS) series of TinyLogic. www.onsemi.com The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh speed with high output drive, while maintaining low static MARKING power dissipation over a broad V operating range. The device is CC DIAGRAMS specified to operate over a very broad V operating range. The CC device is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V range. The CC SIP6 D3KK inputs and outputs are high impedance when V is 0 V. Inputs CC CASE 127EB XYZ tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V independent of V operating voltage.
