The NCP1200P100G with Switching Controllers 100KHz Current Mode SMPS PWM is a switching controller manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This product is designed for use in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and can be used in the design of flyback, push-pull, forward, buck, boost, and other types of SMPS circuits. It operates in current mode and features a high-frequency PWM control which can be adjusted to up to 100KHz depending on the application. The PWM control is regulated by an internal oscillator that is adjustable from 500KHz to 400kHz. The product also offers optimised over-voltage protection and over-temperature protection, as well as under-voltage lockout to ensure stability and reliability.
