The NCP1370ADR2G with LED Drivers SOIC-8 RoHS is a precision, high voltage, current mode controller from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to drive LEDs in applications such as LED bulbs, LED strips, LED signs, etc. It is available in a 8-lead SOIC package and is RoHS compliant and lead free. The NCP1370ADR2G is suitable for driving 6-string LED arrays or single power LED up to 700mA. It essentially has an internal 700V power MOSFET switch, which operates in critical conduction mode (CCM). Its current loop regulation makes it suitable for constant-current operation and it features wide frequency spread, low EMI, and high-power factor operation. This device is adjustable from no load to maximum nominal load with an output voltage of 0.65V to 2.4V with an accuracy of 0.025%. It also has an open loop and short LED protection circuitry.
