The NCP163AMX280TBG with LDO Voltage Regulators LDO 250 MA ULTRA-LOW NOISE AND HIGH PSRR ACTIVE DISCHARGE from ON Semiconductor is a robust integrated circuit featuring an adjustable low dropout (LDO) regulator. This device is capable of working as a power supply or linear voltage regulator and features an ultra-low noise and high PSRR active discharge. It has a voltage variety of up to 280V and up to 250mA as well as overvoltage protection circuitry to protect against overvoltage faults. It also features an integrated frequency compensation circuit which allows for stable operation over temperature. This device is suitable for applications involving high power density, low operating current, and active discharge in battery-powered applications.
