Additional Infomation About Product

:The NCP3064DR2G is a 1.5A switching voltage regulator with enable from ON Semiconductor. It is a single output, high accuracy, and low noise, synchronous step-down DC/DC bias converter designed to deliver output voltages as low as 0.8V with excellent line and load regulation in an ultra-compact and thermally enhanced TDFN-10 package. The device requires few external components for the design of a high performance switch-mode power supply. It includes two internal N-Channel MOSFETs, one operating in high side switching mode and one in low side synchronous rectification mode. Additionally, a logic wake-up pin allows quick system start-up from a power-saving state. The NCP3064DR2G enables efficient thermal management using a combination of low RDS(ON) and small package. It operates over an input voltage range from 4.5V to 35V and is available in the 10-pin TDFN-10 package.
