Additional Infomation About Product

The NCP81081MNR2G is a multi-phase, synchronous, buck (step-down) voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It is capable of providing up to 8 A of continuous current and up to 10 A of burst current. It supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5 to 17 V, is configurable via pins or I2C/PMBus, and can be operated in PFM, PWM, or mixed mode. The output voltage is adjustable and can be set between 0.8V and 5V. This device is available in a compact 5-pin SOT-23-5 package, making it ideal for space constrained applications. Other features include dcPRO and over-temperature protection.
