Additional Infomation About Product

The NCV301LSN40T1G is an ON Semiconductor single low voltage supervisory circuit housed in an SC-70 surface mount package. It is designed to monitor strong supply voltages such as 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.2V. It offers an adjustable voltage detection threshold ranging from 1.2V up to 4.4V. The output is available in both open drain and open collector push-pull versions, and it has an active low reset output. The undervoltage detect feature allows the device to reset when the drop or weak voltage is below the preset threshold of 4.0V. The delay time for the reset is adjustable by external capacitor allowing users to tailor the circuitry for their application. It also provides an active low reset signal that is asserted when the voltage drops below the reset threshold. This device is suitable applications requiring low voltage and undervoltage reset circuitry.
