Additional Infomation About Product

NDC7001C is an advanced power device from ON Semiconductor. It is a Dual Channel H-Bridge Motor Driver with integrated Hall Effect Sensors. It is ideal for brushless DC motor applications. The NDC7001C integrates two full H-Bridges, corresponding gate drivers and Hall Effect sensors in a single package. It can be operated in dual full-bridge, half-bridge, or uni-directional modes. It also features on-board diagnostic functions that check for fault conditions such as open drains, shorted sources and over-temperature conditions.
