The NDS332P with MOSFET SOT-23 P-CH LOGIC is a power management IC designed and manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an advanced monolithic power MOSFET and low RDS(on) switching regulator for portable applications. It provides minimum on-resistance, fast switching performance, superior power level accuracy with current sensor-less current sensing technology. It features thermal shutdown, protection against short circuits, and over temperature conditions. The embedded ESD protection and the P-channel device ensure low voltage drop, low standby power, and extended battery life in battery powered applications. It is suitable for applications such as ultra-portable PCs, digital still cameras, portable audio players and portable HDD and other portable media players.
