Additional Infomation About Product

The QRD1113 reflective object sensor is a low-cost, miniature optical switch manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a phototransistor output device with two optical switches, which enables it to detect a reflector or object when it is placed in front of the device. It has a small size at only 2.25mm x 1.5mm and a low power consumption, making it an excellent choice for battery-powered applications or applications that require low power. Its switching frequency is 10kHz, with a 50% duty cycle and a switching time of 100ns. Its operating voltage range is from 2.5V to 5.5V and its output type is an open collector. As a result, it is ideal for detecting objects placed within a range of 10mm.
