Customer Specific Device from ON Semiconductor 10 W Charge Pump SCY1751 Converter with Bypass Mode The SCY1751 integrated circuit is a 10 W charge pump MARKING DIAGRAM converter that can automatically switch between a WLCSP28 passthrough and a divideby2 mode of operation. It 1751 CASE 567JJ provides a narrowed 4 V to 12 V output voltage from a wide ALYWW input voltage range of 4 V to 24 V. Together with the 1751= Device Code adjustable input overvoltage protection this allows A = Assembly Location supplying medium voltage devices from a varying higher L = Wafer Lot voltage source such as a wireless charging interface. The Y = Year charge pump can run on an internal or external clock while WW = Work Week = PbFree Package two devices can be put in parallel to increase the power capability. The input voltage, system current and die temperature are converted by an 8bit ADC for full control PIN ASSIGNMENT DIAGRAM by the host which can program or read out the device through 2 12 3 4 the OneWire / I C interface.
