Cathode 1 NCV431A, B Series, 1 2 2 3 3 SCV431A STRAIGHT LEAD BENT LEAD BULK PACK TAPE & REEL The TL431A, B integrated circuits are three terminal AMMO PACK programmable shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage TO92 TO92 references operate as a low temperature coefficient zener which is LP SUFFIX LPRA, LPRE, LPRM, CASE 2910 LPRP SUFFIX programmable from V to 36 V with two external resistors. These ref CASE 2910 devices exhibit a wide operating current range of 1.0 mA to 100 mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 . The characteristics of PDIP8 these references make them excellent replacements for zener diodes in P SUFFIX many applications such as digital voltmeters, power supplies, and op CASE 626 amp circuitry. This internal AECQ100 Qualified and PPAP Capable lead frame modification increases power dissipation capability These Devices are PbFree, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS when appropriately mounted on a printed circuit board.
