The Optibelt T5 25-200ZA is a sectioned, trapezoidal-shaped synchronous belt used for linear drive applications. It is constructed of a reinforced aramid fabric cord reinforced with durable aramid fibers running along its length and an abrasion-resistant rubber compound on the teeth. The profile of the T5 25-200ZA features symmetrical teeth spaced at 5 mm intervals, and its teeth offer excellent concentricity and running characteristics. This belt is designed for reduced noise, heat and vibration for controlled operation. Its temperature operating range is from -4° C to + 180° C and its maximum drive speed is up to 120 m/s. This belt can be used in a variety of applications including timing belt drives, power transmission, industrial drives, tensioners, conveyors, machine and process control.
