SNAP-IDC5FAST is a type of low-cost Opto 22 industrial digital input/output module. It allows a user to read digital input signals from industrial equipment such as limit switches, relays, and pushbuttons, or to control actuators, motor starters, and more. The module features eight Form C relay outputs, eight optically isolated inputs, and one high-speed input that features a 50 kHz frequency counter, plus seven programmable digital functions. Each output can be individually triggered based on digital inputs. The module can be used to monitor and control electrical equipment in challenging industrial environments, often with hazardous and hazardous compounds such as dust or moisture.
