Additional Infomation About Product

OSM5DK7331A is a current-mode PWM step-down converter with internal power MOSFET manufactured by Optosupply. It features Synchronous Rectification Control and DC-DC Power Conversion with an efficiency of up to 97.3%. The converter is capable of providing a fixed output voltage between 0.8V and 5V and a maximum output current of 3.3A. The feature list also includes differential remote sense, output voltage trim and over-current protection.
