The OSPW0231A-TU is a high-performance, low-power, optical transmitter/receiver combo module made by Optosupply. It is capable of transmitting and receiving data at up to 6 Gbps in both full- and half-duplex modes. The OSPW0231A-TU can be used in a variety of applications including fibre channel, digital optical networks, ( Ethernet over fibre) and optical backplanes. It supports 2 four-position LC connectors for single-mode, or two-fibre operation.
