The OSW54LS3C1A-CRLED18 is an optosupply part, a combination of a light sensor and a power supply. The part includes a photosensitive LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) coupled with a 3-channel, constant current, non-isolated LED driver. The driver output is capable of supplying 18V peak to the LED circuit. This particular optosupply is designed to use the OSW54LS3C1A optical sensors, which are designed to detect light levels of 0.1 ms to 0.4 ms. The part is also designed to be used as an interface to various low-level sensors.
