The SFH 4243 with IR transmitter is a third-generation infrared (IR) light-emitting diode (LED) manufactured by OSRAM. This LED is made up of a 3528 surface-mount device (SMD) with a PLCC2 package. It has a wavelength of 940nm and an output power of 11mW. The radiation angle is 60°. The forward current (IF) is 40mA, and the operating voltage range is 1.6 to 2.4V. It is suitable for infrared transmission applications in consumer, communication, and industrial products.
