The 1259-0131-P1 is a silicon NPN Darlington Transistor produced by Pace. It has a maximum current gain of 450 and an operating power dissipation of 625mW. It is typically used for low noise applications such as switching circuits, various operational amplifier circuits and audio output stages. It also has a wide range of collector-emitter voltage ratings, featuring a 3V minimum rating and a 0.4V maximum rating. It is hermetically sealed and its plastic package makes it ideal for use in harsh environments.
