The PFS173-S16 with PADAUK SOP-16 RoHS is a surface mountable integrated circuit (IC) designed by PADAUK. It is a highly integrated, low power, 8-bit microcontroller that can be used for a variety of applications. The SoC has 16kB of flash memory and 1kB of RAM. It features three Timer/SoftwareWatchdog, four-channel 10-bit A/D Converter, 25 I/O lines, eight interrupt sources, a temperature sensor, and two USART channels. It is RoHS compliant, meaning it meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances standards imposed in the European Union. It is an 8 x 16 x 4 mm package with a 6-pin SOP-16 socket that is designed and manufactured by PADAUK.
