The PADAUK PMS134-SS24 MCU is a 22-bit RISC microcontroller unit with 4KB of 256-byte One-time Programmable (OTP) memory. It features SSOP-24 (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) packaging to make it suitable for a variety of applications. The device has a low power consumption and is RoHS compliant. The PMS134-SS24 MCU offers increased speed and power efficiency, as well as enhanced integration and level of integration. This MCU is fully integrated with PADAUK SuperStream hardware-based TCP/IP stack technology, providing maximum throughput and minimum memory consumption. It supports a variety of peripheral interfaces, including ADC, Serial, CAN, and SPI. Other features include auto-test for circuit protection, support clock rate of up to 120MHz, low power consumption, and multiple sleep modes.
