It is constructed from a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate and has an AEC-Q200 qualified ceramic body. This chip resistor has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, a resistance tolerance of ±5%, and a temperature coefficient of ±100ppm/°C. This component meets safety and reliability standards including JASO D 611 and is RoHS compliant. It is suitable for automotive applications where re-workability and cleanability are essential.
