The PM-K65 is an NPN open collector PNP Photoelectric Sensor Small Type Light ON/Dark ON manufactured by Panasonic. It features a 0.006m sensing distance, an inconspicuous profile measuring 8mm x 8mm x 8mm, 200mW power consumption, and a voltage rating of 10 to 30V DC. The Light ON Mode detects both infrared and visible light sources, and the Dark ON Mode detects ambient light levels when cut-off. It has a rugged polycarbonate lens for enhanced reliability and durability, and is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring content detection, level detection, and automatic object detection.
