The Panasonic SF4D-H40 with Safety Light Curtain is a device designed to maintain a safe distance between persons and machines in order to prevent injuries. It is a 24VDC unit and has a horizontal resolution of 790 millimeters and a detection range of 0 to 15 meters. The unit is rated IP67, ensuring it is dust-tight and fully protected against submersion in water up to 1 meter in depth. It also includes an adjustable light beam that acts as a safety barrier when broken, which is designed to stop any machinery that is passing at a speed of 1 meter per second. This unit also includes a 4-pin industry-standard lead for a quick and easy connection.
