The ML7-54-G/25/115/127 is a Category 4 Mechanical Light Grid manufactured by Pepperl & Fuchs. It is designed for use in safety-critical applications requiring type 4 protection. This product is suitable for use in safety-related control systems such as robot cells, hazardous environments, loading docks, and textiles. It features two separate emitter and receiver units that are connected by a mounting bracket. The emitter unit contains 54 LEDs, with a protection rating of IP67. The receiver unit contains 25 receiver elements and has a protection rating of IP54. The grid operates at a voltage of 11-30V DC and provides an adjustable grid size of up to 4.2 m. It has an operating distance of up to 2 m and provides an enclosure rating of NEMA 12/IP55.
