The PST6206-33-SOT23 is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SOT-23-3 RoHS manufactured by phaetonsemi. It is designed to provide stable output voltages with ultra-low dropout voltage and very low output noise. The device features a current-limited design with a variety of protection features such as over-current protection (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), and over-voltage protection (OVP).
