Amp PA149 is a power amplifier module from PicoAmp. It is an ultra-low noise amplifier operating from 10 kHz to 10 GHz, providing 15 to 20 dB of gain. It features an ultra-low noise figure of 1.4 dB and 0.7 dB at 1 GHz. The amplifier is capable of handling up to 30 W of power with a 1 dB compression point of +24 dBm. The PA149 is designed for low noise and high gain applications, such as wireless base stations, CATV, and microwave point-to-point links.
