Additional Infomation About Product

ElectronicsThe FR157 is a fast recovery diode manufactured by Pingwei Electronics with a DO-15 RoHS package. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 500V and a maximum non-repetitive peak surge current of 200A. The junction temperature range of the diode is -55°C to 150°C and the storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The FR157 diode is an epitaxial avalanche diode specifically designed for high efficiency rectification applications. It uses patented fast recovery technology and integrated the IGBT technology to provide excellent transients and fast recovery time.
